Repair and replacement

Rooftop units and commercial split systems fail for the same reasons residential equipment does, plus longer run hours and roof heat. We diagnose the unit that is down, quote the repair, and say when the cabinet, the compressor, or the heat exchanger makes replacement the clearer option.

Exhaust fans and makeup air are part of this work when they serve the same space. A kitchen that cannot exhaust, or a rooftop fan that has seized, is scheduled with the cooling equipment rather than as a separate trade you have to find.

Installation and tenant finish

New equipment for a tenant finish or a small new-construction space is quoted from the load, the curb or the pad, the electrical circuit, and the duct connections. We coordinate with the general contractor on access and on when the space has to be open.

Gas piping that belongs to the equipment can be handled by our plumbing side and is called out in the quote when the job needs it. We pull mechanical permits when the city requires them.

What we do not take on

We do not install or repair chillers. If a building is down and the equipment is a packaged rooftop unit, a split system, or an exhaust fan, this is the right page. Ongoing service after the repair is on commercial HVAC maintenance, which starts with a free on-site walkthrough.
